Independent financial research grounded in data, methodology and professional integrity — operating from Copenhagen since 2018.
Vessel was founded on a single conviction: that high-quality financial analysis should not be the exclusive domain of large institutional investors. Individual investors, family offices, wealth managers and financial professionals in Denmark and across Europe deserve access to the same calibre of research that major banks and asset managers produce for themselves.
We built Vessel to close that gap. Our team produces structured, evidence-based analysis on financial instruments spanning equities, fixed income, ETFs, commodities, foreign exchange and digital assets — covering both global markets and instruments of particular relevance to Nordic investors.
Our Methodology
Vessel Financial Analytics ApS was incorporated by founder Anders Holm Nielsen in Copenhagen. The initial focus was Nordic equity research, covering companies listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.
We expanded our coverage to include Danish and European sovereign and corporate bonds, adding two senior fixed income analysts with backgrounds at Nordea and Jyske Bank.
ETF analysis, commodities coverage and foreign exchange research were added to the platform, making Vessel one of the most comprehensive independent research services in the Nordic region.
We launched a structured digital asset research division covering major cryptocurrencies, blockchain protocols and tokenised securities within the evolving EU MiCA regulatory framework.
Launch of our redesigned research platform with enhanced data visualisation, expanded instrument coverage to over 2,400 assets, and structured subscription tiers for professional and individual users.
We accept no payment from companies or asset issuers for coverage. Our ratings, assessments and analytical conclusions are determined solely by our research team and methodological framework.
Every rating and analytical conclusion is supported by a documented methodology. We publish our scoring frameworks, data sources and analytical parameters so that users can understand and evaluate our work.
We structure our research to be directly useful — not just analytically comprehensive. Each report concludes with clear assessment categories and specific considerations, not vague commentary.
