Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled before renewal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new Professional subscribers. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period you may choose to subscribe or your access will revert to the Basic tier automatically.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) as well as MobilePay for Danish residents. Invoicing is available for Institutional plan customers.
Yes. All prices shown include 25% Danish VAT (Moms) for customers based in Denmark. EU customers outside Denmark will be charged their local VAT rate via the One-Stop-Shop mechanism. Institutional customers with a valid EU VAT number may apply for reverse-charge treatment.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the price difference will be pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Contact our support team to process plan changes.
