Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing or using the Vessel website at vessel-analytics.dk ("the Site"), or by subscribing to any of our research services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and our services. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and Vessel Financial Analytics ApS ("Vessel", "we", "us"). These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law.

2.1 Vessel provides an independent financial research and data platform. Our services consist of informational and educational content, research publications, market data commentary, analytical tools and editorial content relating to financial instruments and investment assets. 2.2 Our services are directed at adults (18+) capable of evaluating financial information independently. They are not suitable for users seeking regulated investment advice. 2.3 Vessel is NOT a licensed investment adviser, broker, financial planner or credit institution. We are not authorised by Finanstilsynet or any other regulatory authority to provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, execution of transactions, or other regulated financial services. 2.4 Nothing on the Site or in our publications constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, a financial promotion, or a recommendation of any kind. 3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or subscribe to our services. 3.2 To access subscriber content, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 3.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at legal@vessel-analytics.dk. 3.4 We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our acceptable use standards.

4.1 Subscription plans (Standard, Professional, Institutional) are described in detail on our Subscription Plans page. Features, pricing and content inclusions are as specified at the time of purchase. 4.2 Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (as selected). All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include applicable VAT (moms) at the current rate unless otherwise stated. 4.3 Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store or process card details directly. 4.4 Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at least 3 business days before your renewal date. 4.5 Pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days notice of price increases before they apply to your renewed subscription.

5.1 All content on the Site — including research reports, articles, data visualisations, charts, graphics, text, methodology documentation, and software — is owned by or licensed to Vessel Financial Analytics ApS and is protected by Danish and EU copyright law, database rights and other intellectual property rights. 5.2 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Site content for your own personal, non-commercial research and reference purposes. 5.3 You may not: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from Site content without our express written permission; scrape, data-mine or use automated tools to extract data from the Site; represent our research as your own; or remove any proprietary notices from content. 5.4 Subscribers may download and store personal copies of reports to which they have access for personal reference only. Institutional subscribers may have expanded use rights as specified in their subscription agreement.

You agree not to use the Site or our services to: — Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right. — Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, malware or harmful code. — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account. — Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality, servers or networks. — Use our content for the purpose of providing investment advice to third parties without appropriate regulatory authorisation. — Engage in market manipulation, financial fraud or any other illegal financial activity. — Circumvent any technical access controls or digital rights management measures.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, data sources and external publications. These links are provided for convenience only. Vessel does not endorse, control or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices or accuracy of any third-party site. Your access to third-party sites is at your own risk and governed by those sites' own terms.

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vessel Financial Analytics ApS and its directors, employees and analysts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on our content. 8.2 In particular, we accept no liability for: investment losses of any kind; decisions made on the basis of our research; inaccuracies in market data; service interruptions; or loss of data. 8.3 Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or DKK 5,000 (whichever is lower). 8.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Danish law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vessel Financial Analytics ApS and its employees, officers and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any third-party right.

10.1 These Terms are governed by Danish law without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 10.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. 10.3 If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts, with the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) having exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not qualifying for the ordinary courts' small claims procedure. 10.4 As a consumer, you also have the right to submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen) or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will publish updated Terms on the Site with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
